Today has been a pretty great day....woke up with Myla around 2:30 and then 5:30(the norm). Then when the hubby woke up for work I went ahead and did my devotion. I was in a growth group(a small group Bible study) last spring but started in the middle of it and never really got to do the devotions, so I'm doing it now. It's called Victoriously Frazzled, hence my description of my blog. Merit and I went outside while Myla was sleeping and picked our little tomato(one of three that has actually grown in our garden:( poor thing)! Then he made a game out of throwing pine cones over the fence...this child is going to be so happy to be back in preschool next week! So i'll start working part time next week at our church preschool and this is going to be good for all of us. I also just took on the position of Worship Team Director for Club FX..our family worship experience for children and their parents. I'm so thankful I have somewhere to use my voice and serve Christ. I still get to be "stay at home mom" for the most part and get some socialization in too! Merit is going stir-crazy in this house so he is really excited! I did a photo-shoot of Myla today in the tutu her Aunt Stephanie gave her and I thought they were pretty darn cute! Today being my first Blog I am just typing away and trying to get things started...i needed an outlet he he:) And as far as firsts go...Myla has been doing alot of first cooing and real smiling. I'm loving it.
